Any Dialog Box in Form4.5 for File List?

In a Form 4.5 application, it needs to accept user-input filename. If the users don't want to key in the filename, but wants to select it thru a dialog box (like we do with 'open' in word, excel, and other win apps). What should i do? I shouldn't say no to my boss, should i? :)
