 two options:
1. import of that table

     (need to have a recent export of that table...) 2. do a FULL restore of the whole database from the last cold or hot backup , then roll forward until 1 second before the drop happened.

    This is called incomplete recovery.      (need to have a FULL cold or hot backup + all archive logfiles since then.)
