I like SQL*Navigator for this, it's fairly handy for database object source control - http://www.quests.com, also, I and a buddy developed a little app we call the DDL Magic Monkey (http://www.sky.net/~kirtt/magicmonkey) that will let you do a lot of object management stuff, and it's free <G>
