I do not think you have to re-install NT for this !

Anyway if you re-install NT, I'm not sure you will loose your setting for Oracle, and even in this case, you will just have (IMHO) to restore the registry entries for Oracle (that you should export before re-installing NT) and the services that start your Oracle instances.

Finally, if you don't erase the directories containing Oracle software/data, there is nothing to reinstall for Oracle concerning tnsnames, listeners etc etc etc.
