Setting up Oracle database

I'm interested in setting up an oracle database for my project used in a

Hotel Management system... I will be appreciated much if u all can give me some guidelines on setting it up... thanks in advance... I will be using this database purely for presentation purposes...

Do I need to install Win NT in order to set up oracle database ? I'm

now using Win 95.. Is there any version of oracle database can be run on

Win 95 platforms?

2) I heard about Personal Oracle Database... How is it different from other types of oracle database ?
