Best solution is probably to
1. Use attachments from a tool such as (ugh) MS-Access to Oracle and dBase
2. Use the xBase and Oracle interfaces for perl if you do not have Microsoft boxes

     with SQL*Net hanging about. Checkout CPAN via www.perl.com for these.
