blob insert oracle v8

Hello, i am a french student( vincent) of university. For my school, i must to do a project with Oracle V8 and Blob object. I must to insert in the database oracle V8 some pictures and sound, and i don t know how could i do. If there are people who is knowing the procedure to insert in database (internal object blob) and display pictures on a HTML page. with oracle V8 and PL/SQL procedure, i hope, you can help me. i have a table etudiant with idetu and picture. My picture has been store in the directory ../../web/try.gif I want to put try.gif into the picture column from etudiant table. And then i want to display on a HTML page this picture. I must to do that with pl/sql procedure and package.

If people can send me the insert procedure and the display procedure with my attributes ( ../../try.gif and etudiant table), this people will be very nice, because i don t have good documentation and i have try most on one month to do that without success.
