Job-Destination

I want to create a backup-job, but there is no destination available. There is a discovered service with tnsname: HELLO.WORLD =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(Host = HELLO)(Port = 1647))
(CONNECT_DATA = (SID = ORCL))

)

Can anybody help me?
