| Hello All,
|
| I'm entering my first Oracle intranet project and it's not clear what
| product works with what HTTP server on what platform ????
|
| Can I build a intranet interface with ORA APP SVR 3.1 or do I need a
| combination of ORA APP SVR and ORA WEB SVR 2.1.
|
| Any pointers would be much appreciated,

Oracle wouldn't be my first choice for a web backend, but you can check out PHP 3.0 (release version available last week after several months of betatesting):

check out http://php.guardian.no/

most people who try it say that PHP has increased their productivity significantly.
