Oracle 7 to 8 upgrade

Does anybody have any knowledge of any documents regarding the cost/impact of upgrading from 7.3 to 8 ?

Specifically, we're on HP-9000 machines, running HPUX 10.20.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to 8 manuals, so if you have seen a good discussion of the impacts there, could you tell me which specific manual to get a hold of (in the short term).

Or, if there are other documents/white papers/OUG reports/etc that you know of, either 3rd party, individual, or Oracle, please let me know.
