On startup, I get the following error:
$./svrmgrl

SVRMGR> connect internal
Connected to an idle instance.
SVRMGR> startup
ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area 4568736 bytes Fixed Size 57136 bytes Variable Size 4093808 bytes Database Buffers 409600 bytes Redo Buffers 8192 bytesDatabase mounted.
And then the database doesn't actually start.
What is causing this? Any suggestions for how to correct it?
This is a 7.3.3 instance running on an SGI O2 running IRIX 6.3
