Winword as a Report2.5 ?

Is there anyone who thought to use Winword as a substitution of the Report2.5 ?

The idea is to make the Oracle Form4.5 filling in the gaps in a partially build Word document.
The word document is made of constant text and gaps (bookmarks or fields). Each customer would like to change the main constant text or just add a personal icon (logo),just have to edit the base document by winword without changin the structure of the gaps.
This will save time for creating several version of the same report (one or more for each customer).
Moreover, in the end of the process, Winword will be more versatile in the printing phase.

Is there anyone who has already analyzed this opportunity?

I thought to use the OLE2 Oracle package to manage the winword object.

Or just make the Form4.5 write the data in a text file then to run Winword from a command line like the following
C:\...\winword.exe basedocument.doc /mfill_inmacro

and then let the 'fill_inmacro' do the rest.

Another idea was to use 'MergeDocument' ...

Other ideas? or suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Carlo
