Logon screen and Logout option in Oracle WAS 3.0

Is there a way in Oracle WAS 3.0 to accept the UserId and Passwd in a
custom designed screen rather than using the default window that pops.
And is there a way to terminate the session (LogOut) by simply clicking
on a button rather than closing the Browser.
