I would recommend the "code depot" column of "Oracle Magazine". It has excellent examples of code. Also good is the "tip of the week" section.

I would also recommend any number of good books. One that just came out is the Oreilly book: "Oracle Scripts". It includes a library of useful scripts. You can find out more at the Oreilly website: http://www.oreilly.com

More generally, the "Illuminations Bookstore" specializes in Oracle and related books. If you don't live in the Washington DC area, you can check out their web site: http://www.illumine.com
