This does not look good. :-)
It seems to me that NT is running each of the Form run time systems completely seperate, instead of using the existing set of Form RTS DLLs again. There must be a logical reason for this. Does each of the Form "sessions" run in the same NT userid? How are the sessions started - interactive, via a NT service.. ? Do you use COM, RPC or any other "funnies"?
Remember that as part of Microsoft's attempt for C2 certification, there are restrictions to what can be shared between different user sessions. And there will always be some additional overheads on NT compared to Win'95 - i.e. NT allocating more than 1MB for Forms B and Win95 allocating just under 1MB.

Whatever. :-) I won't touch Forms with a barge pole. I've got games with wich I can waste my time with. And it's fun too!
