OWS 3.0 Help

Hi,

I'd like to be able to upload the file from browser using <input type="file">
in OWS 3.x there is procedure call htp.formFile.

has any body try this ?
I'd like to know what do I have to do on the pl/sql to received and save the file.
or is it possible to do this using pl/sql catridge if not what do I have to do to save the file on the server.

is it possible in one form to have formFile as well as other form input tag like text, text area, etc...
