Oracle Data Control

I am using Oracle data controls in a VB 5 application.  When I build
the setup program and try to run it I get:



Run time error '-2147417848 (80010108)': Automation Error.



Does anyone have any suggestions?  This occurs when I try to load a
form containing an Oracle data control.
