Hello all ,


I have installed oracle 8 and oracle webapplication 3.0 on Winnt4.0



THe oracle 8 is ok, but the webapplication can not start. The following is
the error message. " The OracleWRBPrimaryService service terminated with
service-specific error 1. "



Any suggestion are welcome
