Dev2000+Personal 8 setup

I can not get forms to connect to a local database. Can anyone help.



My system is Win 95. The forms package is ver 5 (32bit) and I am
running locally personal oracle 8. The oracle software was all
download from the net. Oracle 8 ODBC is loaded (but I have not made
any changes to).
