Role inheritance?

Is it possible to easily inherit roles? For example, Role A lets me have
to access to tables 1-10. I want to give Role B access to those tables
and tables 11-20. Rather than specify tables 1-10 for Role B, can I just
tell it 


to inherit the access rights from Role A?
