Help! Dev 2000 2.0 has stepped on SQL Plus & Personal Oracle

After installing Dev/2K I get this error when I start SQL Plus



PLUS33W caused an invalid page fault in


module NTUSNT.DLL at 0137:01231b6e.


Registers:


EAX=00000006 CS=0137 EIP=01231b6e EFLGS=00010297
EBX=00000000 SS=013f ESP=00719f60 EBP=00902460  etc



If I remove NTUSNT.dll I can run SQL Plus and Forms but PO7 doesn't run
properly.




I had Personal Oracle 7 


SQL Plus 3.3.4


SQL net client 2.3.4


on Win95 using TCP/IP
