This isn't exactly what you want to read about, but I'm exporting data to ASCII-file
via a lets say "more conventional path": Just using SQL*Plus and a spool-file or using Forms and the TEXTIO routines. (remember that you can generate any charater with the chr function. Creating a return for example is chr(10) )
