I wouldn't start any new projects with OPO... development on the product has ceased, and I assume that it will be desupported in the next couple of years.
FWIW, I have written an fairly complex app with OPO. Aside from the bugs in the product, it's better than Dev2K; easier to use and a whole lot faster for a single programmer. However, Dev2K would be better if you have teams of programmers working on a large project, as OPO doesn't have much support for shared source code, Des2K, or version control.
