Using DBMS_PIPE

I am using a dbms_pipe to launch an application from a shell script called via a link on
a web page. This shell script will then launch a viewing tool which should be displayed
on the user's machine. However, when the user accesses the web page and clicks the
appropriate button which passes information on the pipe to the pipe daemon to launch
the shell script which in turn runs the viewing tool (Cadleaf); the tool is displayed on the
machine where the daemon is running instead of the users machine. How do I force the
viewing tool to come up on the user's machine? Is there a way to get the user's machine
name/ip address to send to the shell script and set the display back to the user's
machine?

Many Thanks
