OWS 2.1 and Netscape listner

I'm using OWS 2.1 and decided to use Netscape Fastrack Server 2.0 as the listner because of problems with the Oracle Web Listner.

I have followed all steps given in the OWS on-line docs. The Netscape listner is registered on OWS and the 'obj.conf' file is edited accordingly. But when I try to start the Netscape listner the following error is given:

failure: ndwlli_Init reports: Environment variable ORACLE_HOME is not set. ndwlli_Init: Environment variable ORACLE_HOME is not set. failure: ndwlli_Init reports: Oracle WRB services not available. ndwlli_Init: Oracle WRB services not available. startup: listening to port 80 as nobody

The ORACLE_HOME variable is set correctly. Any help as to how I can rectify this will be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Chandika Gunawardana
