Sybase conversion kit guide (urgent !)

Hi,

I'm working on a migration project from Sybase to Oracle and I've heard about an Oracle guide that can be sent for free : "Conversion from Sybase to Oracle (DB, stored proc...)".

In fact, when I contact Oracle corp, nobody can give me info about it. Maybe I haven't contacted the right service. Does anyone know WHERE or WHO I have to ask to get this guide ?
