POL-3018 Error on Oracle Lite

Hi
I run Oracle Lite and I get the following error once a while. I can reproduce it so far.
[POL-3018] too many volumes mounted
What does it mean?
Environment: NT 4.0 Service Pack 3
128 MB Ram
9 GB Harddisk
Oracle Lite 3.0
