Pro*C 1.5.9 Documentation and C++

Hi,

I'm looking for documentation or pointers to documentation for Pro*C v1.5.9. (I bound to developing on an HP-UX 9.0x platform and Oracle has told me that Pro*C 2.2 is not available for 9.0x. They also told me that they no longer support Pro*C 1.5.9.) Anyone have Pro*C documentation they want to get rid of? Lets talk! :)

As well I'd like to develop in C++, though I've heard there are problems related to linking. Any pointers to information on this?
