Could someone tell me how OraPerl accesses Oracle.
Assuming Perl is on the same machine as Oracle, does it use SQL*Net
client and need a TNSNames file as if it were on a client machine or
does it use the server SQL*Net somehow ?.  Is it the same for NTas
Unix ?
