It is kind of operating system dependant. Typically, you will get a password
program (ORAPWD73 in Windows95), with which you can set the INTERNAL password.
C:> ORAPWD73
Usage: orapwd file=<fname> password=<password> entries=<users>
where
file - name of password file (mand),
password - password for SYS and INTERNAL (mand),
entries - maximum number of distinct DBA and OPERs (opt),
There are no spaces around the equal-to (=) character.
