| I suggest that you get a copy of Steven Feuerstein's book 'Oracle
| PL/SQL programming' from O'Reilly. It's the best to start with.

...although it's a bit baroque for my taste. don't get me wrong; Feuerstein's books are really good, but they are a tad verbose at times.
