Help on downloading patches

I am having problems in downloading patches for 7.3.3.5 for HP-UX 10.20. The error messages I get are:

30 Guest login ok, access restrictions apply. ftp> cd server/patch_sets/HP9800/73patchsets/7335 250 CWD command successful.
ftp> bin
200 Type set to I.
ftp> mget *patchset*
can't find list of remote files, oops
ftp> mget *patchset.Z
can't find list of remote files, oops
ftp>
