SecurID and ORA_ENCRYPT_LOGIN

I'm trying to use SecurID authentication and the ORA_ENCRYPT_LOGIN
environment variable together with no luck.  Has anyone managed to do
this?  SecurID authentication does work when the ORA_ENCRYPT_LOGIN is
set to FALSE.
