Crash in Oracle (SQL Plus)

After modifying a SQL file I then try to compile it and it always crashes. However, if I try and compile it without making any changes it works ok. The slightest changes causes this crash to occur.

The file creates a package and the procedures within that package. Other files create other packages fine.

Here is the error message:
