A question for new Oracle employee

I've just received a job as an Associate Technical Analyst for Oracle's Human Resources software. I'm looking for literature or any other info about the system to get acquainted with it's abilities, features, tasks, specs, operation, analysis etc. before I start in 2 weeks. Or any insight would be appreciated.
