login.sql whereabouts

Hello,

I'd like to set up some sql session parameters (such as set pagesize, set linesize, etc) in a login.sql file, but it appears I'm limited to having the file either in Oracle's home directory or the directory where I start sqlplus from.

I don't want to put it in Oracle's home directory because I don't want to force my session preferences onto others. Secondly, I execute sqlplus from all over the system, depending on what I'm doing at the moment, so I can't really put a login.sql in every directory I might execute sqlplus from.

Is there any way to force sqlplus to read login.sql from one location (such as my home directory) just for one user (myself)?

Thanks,
