At a Java session at the Oracle Developer Conference last week someone asked about the comparative performance of Oracle's thin and OCI drivers.

The Oracle guys said they would post some comparison benchmark figures on the OTN web site (technet.oracle.com), but there doesn't seem to be anything there yet.
