Hi all, (I am not ORA experienced by the way)

Getting this error trying to connect to any instance on an Oracle for NT ver 7.3 box.

If I am physically at the server console, I can access the instance with server manager.

running srvmgr from a workstation I get: ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified

But from the console, v$nls_parameters shows: (& the Instance was installed as US English etc.)
