Servermanager

I installed Personal Oracle for Windows 95. When I try to start the servermanager (svrmgr23.exe) in the directory <ORACLEHOME>\bin a non-graphical version starts, but according to the manuals this should be a graphical tool to maintain the database.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

I want to use this tool to expand the database an create extra space for the demo tales that come with Developer/2000 and Discoverer. Which command should I use in servermanager (non-graphical) to do this? I suppose something like
ALTER TABLESPACE ....? Thanks in advance.
