Im working on a theoretical project and have some questions Id like answered fast.
Say I have an ORACLE databse backend on my server. I know its possible for me to design a web site that takes certain inputs and updates the database. what I need to know is how to implement this...what languages would best be used, where I would run this program off of, how costly it is (approximately).
