Thanx for your reply.

It seems that my problem lies with the way the browser displays the image. In its original Word template, the image is about 1" sq, and prints to that size with good results. After converting it to JPG or PNG and displaying it in the browser, it's displayed about 5" sq, and it prints to that size too. I had tried rescaling the image in the page using WIDTH=, but, while it printed in the correct size, the printed image was very blocky and thus not suitable for a letterhead. Is there
something I'm missing in order to get it to print to the 1" size, yet with all the detail retained?

(I realise we're getting away from Oracle. Sorry!)
