If you downloaded the POLite from Oracle...and it was around 25 Megs Zipped...then that should be the copy that contains all the documents. I believe that there are several of these guides included with POLite. But you require the Adobe Acrobat reader to read them.

Try going into Find Files...
Search for *.pdf ...
sort by folder (by clicking the folder title header)... look for any PDFs in Oracle folders.

There should be one called the Oracle Developers Guide... One called SQL_PLUS Users Guide
and a couple others (I don't know off the top of my head since POLite is at home and I am at the office).

If you still need help let me know and I'll chaeck the specifics when I go home.
