    Generally, HTML is difficult to use as a type-setting language. Although it is possible to use GIF and JPG with good quality (it all depends on how you got the image in to your system in the first place - scanned, or created?), you might want to consider using something like Adobe PDF file format and perhaps make something available for download rather than print? If you are scanning images in and want them to be printable, dpi becomes an issue. With the web, 300 dpi is PLENTY (since most monitors can't see more than 72 or maybe 96 dpi), but you might want to consider 600 dpi for printed material.
