Oraperl is pretty much obsolete now, replaced by DBI/DBD:Oracle. Check out http://www.hermetica.com/technologia/DBI/

You can get the source there, plus subscribe to a mailing list or read the spec. There's an emulation layer for DBI that makes it act like oraperl, if you prefer that. Generally, oraperl is still around, but I believe it's only for perl 4 and is unsupported...
