Use bcp to unload the data, and SQL*Load to load it in.  If your bcp data
contains imbedded newlines, you'll need to use othe delimiters and convert them
before inserting into Oracle via sqkl*loader.  I've done this going from Sybase
10 to Oracle 7.3.3
