Dear Andreas,
the Designer/2000 Version 2 incooperates at least several of the ORA8-features.
The time of the production release must be not very far ("early 1998"). Nevertheless, ORACLE offered a beta-version of D2k/2 on its ODP-homepage in december '97. I was able to order a beta-CD last year - I dont't know if it's already possible - at the following Site:
