Migrating from Solaris Oracle 7.3.3 to 8.0.3

I will be migrating Solaris Oracle 7.3.3 to 8.0.3 and I plan to use export/import since I will be changing Database block size.

My plan is (in short):

1. export FULL database without rows.
2. export all tables
3. install Oracle 8.0.3 with new block size
4. import FULL database (with no rows)
5. import all tables.

Would someone tell me if step 4. importing FULL database without rows will work, i.e. 7.3.3 database export dump file is compatible with 8.0.3 version?
