Chipsets supporting 4-P2's don't exist yet. It'll probably have to wait for the next gen Intels because of that and some other architectural limitations of the P2.

Other than that, I agree with Neil. Oracle does has a System Sizer product that attempts to predict your system requirements based on advanced modeling techniques. Other than that, make sure you aren't better served by two smaller servers.
