TNS Errors 12500, 12540, 12560, 00510

Just when we thought Christmas was over our listener.log starts to give us all these "gifts".

TNS-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process  TNS-12540: TNS:internal limit restriction exceeded   TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00510: Internal limit restriction exceeded     Solaris Error: 12: Not enough space

We are running multiple Oracle 8.0.3 instances on a Sun Ultra 1 (Solaris 2.5.1 with all the patches). When we shut down one instance the TNS problems go away... however this is not an acceptable solution.

Oracle Worldwide support have unsuccessfully suggested many things... right down to recompiling Oracle and rebuilding all database instances.

Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated....

Thanks in advance
