Any recommendations for intel boxes for Oracle 7.3?

We're going production with a database and need to buy a beefy machine that is optimized for Oracle 7.3 on NT or NetWare. We're getting the following features, but what else is important?

   512 MB ram
   30 GB raid system

Which processor set is better?

   4 Pentium 200s or 2 Pentium II 300s

Anything else? Are there any published benchmarks out there (I haven't found any on the web, yet).

Any information would be *greatly* appreciated.
